The first person pronoun stem is अस्मद् (asmad). It has no gender — "I" and "we" are the same pronoun regardless of whether the speaker is male, female, or non-binary. There is no vocative (you do not call out to yourself). Notice the nominative singular: अहम् (aham) — the most basic Sanskrit word for "I."
